A schematic design exercise proposing alterations to the existing Wisma Sumber Alam façade and associated facilities to bring the building into the 21st century. A façade with green building considerations was proposed with the design concept to suit the corporate image of Sarawak Timber Industry Development Corporation new image as well as to improve legibility to the site and building entrances for the various agencies housed there.

The challenge for this is that the design is incorporated during the construction phase while the building remains operational. The installation method and construction sequence were considered in the design scheme.
